Understanding and relating to the dissociative experience can be challenging, yet essential for clinicians seeking to work effectively with this population. This webinar harnesses the evocative power of Frida Kahlo's art to deepen participants' experiential understanding of dissociation. Through an exploration of Kahlo's tumultuous life and traumatic experiences, alongside an introduction to Internal Family Systems theory and Structural Dissociation of the Personality, participants will gain insights into the complex interplay between trauma, identity, and dissociative phenomena.
